T1 Metsequoia glyptostroboides - This tree is sited very close to existing buildings. As the tree is already very large and not yet at full maturity, there are concerns over its proximity to the building, and future effects it may have on the footings and stability of the building. The client would therefore like to remove the tree before it becomes a problem to the surrounding buildings and highway. A more suitable tree will be planted in its place after its removal
