T1 Silver Birch - Remove tree to ground level due to extensive trunk decay from ground level to 2.5m. x2 strips of bark damage with strip of live wood in between. Decay has progressed such that the live strip of wood is loose and movable by hand. Some wound response growth but strength of trunk compromised. Targets are footpath, bench and cemetery.
