T1 Magnolia - Felling of tree to prevent sewage leakage into groundThe sewage pipework running 1.75 m from the tree is beginning to buckle at the point adjacent to the tree, we recently had a drain inspection as we were having problems with poor rate of drainage and it looked clear other than needing a clean. Once cleaned we can now see that the pipe is separating at the joint. If left the pipework will very likely be compromised and sewage will leak into the ground. It was recommended that the tree be removed as soon as possible.We would look into planting a tree further away from any pipework or structures and something more suitable for the size of the garden
