T1 Hybrid poplar - Remove. This tree is massive and is situated on the edge of a field over 3 houses. It has begun to cause structural damage to the 3 property's it is next to (please see Arb report in the attachments). It is also causing excessive shading and there have been concerns of it failing in recent high winds. To be replaced with a broad-leaved native species tree.
