Non Material Variation: To relocate the approved telecoms mast and create 165m of new track to access telecoms mast of Planning Consent 22/0002/S36VAR) (Application under S36c of the Electricity Act (Variation of Consent) to construct and operate a wind farm comprising the erection of 49 wind turbines with a maximum blade tip height of 149.9m (variation includes extension to operational life to 40 years, relocation of two turbines, reconfiguration of substation and inclusion of associated temporary construction compounds, removal and relocation of temporary construction compounds, realignment of access track between T52 and T53 and removal of redundant access track)
