Description

Submission for approval in relation to Condition 8 (Approved Details) of deemed planning consent 19/0001/S36VAR. The Applicant has identified an additional borrow pit area (BP6) within the Pencloe Wind Farm site boundary where recent site investigations have shown that properties of rock are more favourable. The pit will extend from the c.490 m contour in the north, southwards to encompass the local high ground at c.514 m AOD. BP6 will be 172 m x 152 m at its maximum extent and the proposed development area is circa 1.988 ha. The proposed depth of excavation is estimated at 21 m.
