Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition no. 7 (refuse and recycling storage) pursuant to planning permission reference 182956FUL dated 20/03/2020 for 'Third and fourth floor level side extensions to provide twenty-seven addition hotel rooms; installation of single air conditioning unit at roof level; alteration to rear fenestration of building involving installation of door to refuse store; and associated cycle and waste storage spaces'.
