Description of Development:Description of the 2024 Proposed Amendments Amendment to the approved plans to allow for the movement of the building within Plot 2F to avoid ?no build zone? and railway embankment structure as well as movement of the service road; Amendment to approved plans to incorporate increases to the footprints of buildings within Plots 2D-F (Phase 3) necessary to meet requirements of the Fire Strategy; Amendment to approved plans increase the maximum height AOD for the three mansion buildings within Plots 2D-E and correct an error on the topographical survey; and Amendment to the quantum of development (as stated in Condition 8) so that development will not exceed 455 dwellings, 156 m2 commercial floorspace, and 1,776m2 business floorspace for Plots 2D-F (Phase 3) in accordance with the amended illustrative scheme. The buildings will range from 8 to 16 storeys depending on location and in accordance with the approved outline parameter plans; and 17 blue badge car parking spaces (including 3 along Bollo Lane).
