**The closing date for receipt of submissions is 4:30pm Friday 10th July 2026** Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council plans to build a new housing development on its land at Lehaunstown Lane, Dublin 18. This proposal is made under Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001 (as amended). The project includes 109 new homes made up of: • 28 one-bedroom homes (for 2 people) • 6 two-bedroom homes (for 3 people) • 53 two-bedroom homes (for 4 people) • 22 three-bedroom homes The development will include: • open spaces • shared community spaces • car parking • bicycle parking The buildings will be from 2 to 4 storeys high.
