Description

The proposed development consists of the installation of roof-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on four separate roof planes on an existing dwelling within an architectural conservation area (ACA). The dwelling has a double hipped roof orientated in an east-west axis and the 13 panels will be flush mounted and not visible from either Ulverton Road or Carysfort Road due to the presence of parapet walls.
