Description

Planning permission exists under Reg. Ref D16A/0449 for the widening of the entrance at the above address. In addition a new parking area is provided for to be constructed with SUDS compliant systems. Can we replace the existing concrete driveway with the same SUDS compliant system without having to make a new separate planning application and is replacing the driveway exempted development?
