Description

The development will consist of: (i) two storey extension (4 sq.m) to the rear, two storey extension (12 sq.m) to the north-west side, two storey extension (12 sq.m) at first floor to south-east side above the existing ground floor footprint; (ii) the construction of a room (17 sqm) and terrace (10 sqm) at second floor set back from the front and rear elevations (iii) external alterations including enlarging existing window and door openings and the formation of new window and door openings to rear and side elevations, alterations to westerly chimneystack, replacement of windows, (iv) the general refurbishment of the existing house (230 sq.m), internal alterations, the widening of front entrance gates, landscaping and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
