Extensive repair to the roof coverings and structure. works, being necessary to safeguard the protected structure, will be executed on a like for like basis, and in maintaining the material character of the protected structure, are considered exempt. Due to the urgency of these repairs; it is our intention to begin these works this summer subject to Section 5 approval.
