Description

The development will consist of the demolition of some external walls to the rear of the property and parts of the existing roof and dormers. We intend to construct: (a) a new masonry framed pergola and flat roof over the front and side of the property; (b) extend and reclad the existing dormers; (c) apply timber cladding to the western facade; and (d) add a balcony to the first floor on the eastern facade.
