Description

The proposed development consists of the installation of 6 no. prefabricated container units to provide toilet and shower facilities at Larch Hili Scout Centre. The development will comprise 2 no, containers each providing 1 no. accessible (disability) toilet/shower unit and 3 no. standard toilet/shower units, and 4 no. containers each providing 3 no. standard toilet/shower units, giving a total of 20 no. toilet/shower units overall. The development is required to replace the existing toilet/shower block which is no longer fit for purpose. The proposed units will be located in two separate areas within the site in order to improve accessibility and distribution of sanitary facilities across the centre. All units will be single-storey in nature and will be connected to existing on-site services.
