Dear Sir, We bought our house in Jan 2014. In 2015 I put in a Velux at the end of the roof $~ 1.9m X 3.3. We Store small items only in the Attic. I heard from friends that if the Velux I fitted more than 7 years it is exempted from planning. Can you clarify same. Yours Faithfully
