Description

Formation of a single pedestrian gate opening in the existing masonry boundary wall adjoining the public laneway to the side of the dwelling. Works comprise: creation of an opening of 1.2m width in the boundary wall; installation of an inward opening pedestrian gate 1.2m wide x 1.8m high, with frame, hinges and locking bolt; and making good of the wall around the opening. The gate will not obstruct or encroach upon the public laneway in any way.
