Description

The development consists of alterations to an existing attached domestic garage at 60 Gledswood Park, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, including its use as a playroom ancillary to the main dwelling. Works include: • Replacement of the existing flat garage roof with a pitched roof structure, with a maximum height remaining below 4 metres; • Replacement of the existing garage door with a window opening; • Internal alterations to facilitate use as a playroom.
