Robur Developments are looking to get a section 5 declaration and a declaration that 99-101 Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire is an exempted building as the entire building including the back extension of 111sqm is Pre 1963. We have researched and have all evidence to show that the original building was built in 1908/09 with a further clinic and boardroom and then a new clinic in 1937
