I refer to the planning permission Ref. D25A/0437, ''The planning Authority notes that the repositioning of the porch in a similar manner to n.31 St. Begnets Villas (permitted under reg, ref D21A/0352) may result in an arrangement which would address section 12.3.1 and 12.4.8.1 of the development Plan''. In response to this condition, we are proposing a minor amendment and improve the existing entrance. The proposed change is to replace the existing door with a full-height window unit and to convert the current window into the new entrance door, enhancing a more rational internal layout (The existing lintel line and width are to be retained), similar to n.31 St. Begnets Villas.
