Description

1. Demolition of the existing 42sqm single storey and 12sqm first floor extension to the rear and construction of a new 67 sqm extension at ground floor level to the rear forming living/kitchen and utility spaces and a 17sqm at first floor level containing a bathroom and study space. 2.Removal of the existing kitchen joinery with the provision of new glazed double doors from the kitchen space into a new courtyard space between the new extension and the existing structure. 3.
