Description

Permission is sought for the secondary use of 179 No. permitted and operational student accommodation bedrooms (including 184 No. beds/bedspaces) at ground, first, second and third floor levels as residential accommodation for tourists or visitors outside of academic term times. This permission is sought to align the permissible use of the student accommodation at those floors levels with the definition for same prescribed by Section 2 of the Planning and Development Act 2024. No physical works are proposed to the student accommodation property.
