There are 3 items in the works we would like to confirm or otherwise as exempted development: 1. External Wall Insulation to full house with a plain acrylic render applied to whole house, i.e. no brick finish applied. 2. A new window and the alteration of an existing widnow in The Den - (South Elevation). This was previously a garage. 3. The relocation of the front door to an existing opending in the front elevation. Additional information: One of the items we are looking to do is to move the position of the front door. The front door currently opens into the front of the house perpendicular to the front elevation. We would like to relocate the front door into an existing opening on the front elevation which is currently a large window. The two door positions are very close together. The main reason for doing this is so that it is more difficult for the Clients to accidentally leave the front door open, making the house more secure.
