Description

We are trying to renovate this property after many years of being unoccupied. There are two chimneys in the property, each one located on opposite gable walls. The chimney on the left side of the property is for a normal fireplace, and the one on the right side starts at first floor level and was used for the original oil fired boiler. It is supported by two small walls in the kitchen area of the house and we would like to remove these walls to add space internally to the kitchen area. In order to do this we would have to remove the above chimney breast. We are looking for planning exemption to remove this chimney please.
