Permission is sought for the installation of 2 No. flat-roofed dormer structures to the existing roof (1 no. to side hipped-roof and 1 no. to rear pitched roof). These 'box-dormer' structures are finished externally in grey aluminium/zinc cladding and are to facilitate the internal conversion of the existing attic-space for domestic use, including the provision of internal access for stairs.
