Description

The development will principally consist of: the change of use of 2 No. ground floor level apartment units (Unit F-112, 79 sq m and Unit F-113, 79 sq m), from residential use to ancillary gym use; internal modifications, including the removal of selected internal partition walls (c.10.8 sq m); and all associated site and development works above and below introduction ground.
