The proposed development is for the installation of a micro-wind turbine outside to the slight left of the front building of the Brennan & Co office as parts of its sustainability efforts. The turbine itself is a tree-like structure with 12 miniature petal-shaped turbines with a maximum power output of 3,600w. The development will be installed beside the car park in a green area.
