Description

Proposed removal of two (2) double flue chimney stacks to eaves level on the northside of the roof. The roof will be closed with reused tiles matching the surrounding roof tiles. The existing chimneys are approximately 2.9 m tall. Both are dormant and have become damp. The removal will reduce heat loss and improve the overall condition of the north wall of my house. Please see attached images of the existing situation, and a photomontage with the removed chimneys.
