GFA) with outdoor secure play area; (iv) residential amenities including a gym, yoga room, meeting room and a resident’s lounge & kitchen and bathroom facilities; (v) realignment and enlargement of the existing on-site ornamental pond to facilitate surface water attenuation; (vi) installation of infrastructure along Cross Avenue to facilitate connections to the municipal potable water supply at the junction of Cross Avenue and Booterstown Avenue and the surface water sewer at the junction of Cross Avenue and Mount Merrion Avenue; and (vii) the provision of pedestrian and vehicular access, landscaping, amenity and open space areas, boundary treatments, associated bicycle and car parking, associated plant, bike, bin and bulky storage, public lighting and all ancillary development works.
