Description

The development of: - (a) an area of hardstanding and a storage facility comprising 3 no. sand bays to be used for the storage of a variety of sands which are to be used for the maintenance of the golf course in a fallow area of scrubland to the south west of the 9th fairway on the golf course; (b) an accessway thereto from the existing vehicular entrance gateway at the northern end of The Birches adjacent to its junction with Barnagh Lane and (c) an accessway from the hardstanding and storage facility to the 9th fairway
