Description

We are applying to see if we need full planning permission for a door to be inserted into a existing garage Conversion. We intend to rent this space under the rent a room scheme; The garage is attached to the house. Currently converted garage, we propose to insert a glass door in keeping with the existing windows on the rest of the house. This door will allow access to the room which is attached to the house, and this will allow us to rent the space. It will contain a living area, kitchenette and bathroom.
