Description

The proposed works are to have the external three walls which are on our property externally insulated using EPS passive insulation which will then be rendered a light grey. The chimney will be insulated using mineral wool. For areas where this brick work the brick work will be replaced using uniform brick slips, uniform in size and shape. The colour will be a light grey/white. Please not the other residences on this road built by the same developer which are similar houses are (No 39 -43) all currently have slightly different colour brick work by design. All work is being carried out by registered contractor and meets the SEAI Better Energy Home scheme requirements. PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF WORKS(SUPPLY AND FIT) Erect scaffolding(where required). Prepare site and cover with protective sheeting. Scaffolding, where required, is provided by our nominated registered scaffolding contractor to conform with health and safety regulations. Safety certificate provided upon request. Apply 100mm EPS Passive insulation and high-density plinth detail using NSAI certified adhesive and two-part mechanical fixings. Apply 20mm EPS to window reveals. Apply NSAI certified basecoat and primer with reinforced mesh to entire area. Supply and fit all corner beads and window seal beads. Supply and fit protection tapes and protection covers to all window and door openings. Fit ventilation covers to outside openings. Finish with NSAI certified |Silicone Render ( colour TBC from standard range). Fit NSAI certified windowsills where required. Remove and refit all existing waste and rainwater pipes. Please note we supply white for wastewater pipes; black for soil pipes. Where pipes have been painted, please note re-painting is not included. Flashing pieces where required to cap insulation. Remove rubbish on completion. Power and water must be provided.
