Simon McShane is seeking planning permission for a two storey extension to his semi-detached home at 60 Monkstown Avenue, Monkstown, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94 N6V0. The works will consist of a rear ground floor extension comprising kitchen, dining, living and utility space together with a first floor side extension above existing converted garage in order to accommodate additional bedroom space. The works propose the widening of the front elevation and adaptation of the existing hipped roof to extend over the side extension proposal. In addition to this the front porch will be modified to accommodate a larger entrance hall.
