GENERAL INTERNAL WORKS NOT DETAILED IN PLANNING PERMISSIONS : 1) Addressing timber decay 2) Addressing structural issues 3) Refurbishing windows shutter boxes and shutters 4) Evaluating timber floors, retaining where possible and reinforcing structure/ linking levels in other places. Removal of modern timber flooring in kitchen to expose original flooring . Removal of very damaged boards to inner stairway hall G006 , internal lobbies G001 and G002 due to damage incurred by internal partition and other works.
