Description

The development of: - (a) an area of hardstanding and a storage facility comprising 3 no. sand bays to be used for the storage of a variety of sands and (b) the erection of a detached single storey shed with a mono pitched roof (floor area : 72 sq. m) to be used for the storage of fertiliser and machinery in a fallow area of scrubland to the south west of the 9th fairway on the golf course; (c) an accessway thereto from the existing gateway at the northern end of The Birches adjacent to its junction with Barnagh Lane and (d) an accessway from the hardstanding, storage facility and shed to the 9th fairway
