Further to Schedule 2, Class 20F sub paragraph (5), of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 as amended, Skeaghclon Lmited, intends to commence Class 20F temporary use for the purposes of accomodating displaced persons or for the purposes of accomodating persons seeking international protection in accordance with those said Planning and Development Regulations 2001 as amended. The requirements setout within those regulations shall be fully complied with.
