The development will consist of: 1. Alterations to Upper Ground Floor / Rear Return consisting of: A) Removal of modern kitchen from return and relocation of new kitchen to main rear reception room and with associated services; B) New opening between front and rear main reception rooms to access above kitchen; C) Reconfiguration of existing landing shower room partitions to provide separate laundry and w.c. with new partitions in main return room (current kitchen); Removal of landing hot press and partition / door; D) New window opening to rear side return (south) elevation with obscured glazing. 3. Alterations to First Floor Rear Return consisting of: A) Reconfiguration of existing modern landing shower room / partitions and doors and provision of new partitions within rear return bedroom. Works will include general fabric conservation works and all associated site, drainage and landscaping works.
