Description

Previously granted Section 5 Reference 9924 does not refer to opening times. Currently, we operate an early years service on a part time basis (8.30am-13.15pm) and also an after school service for school aged children (1 .l5-6pm) each day. We have applied to Tulsa to extend our early years service opening hours from 8.30-6pm each day .Tusla has asked for confirmation that our existing exemption also covers the proposed extended hours in writing from planning department. Request for confirmation that our current planning covers the extended hours request for our early years service. This is final element required by Tulsa.
