Associated infrastructure includes: open space car/cycle parking and a mixture of duplexes and apartments in 2 no. blocks ranging in height from three to six stories. The proposed development includes: site clearance works demolition of existing buildings, a construction phase to include new surface water drainage infrastructure connection to electricity and wastewater networks.
