Arbour Hills Alternative Asset Fund I Ltd seeks permission for a residential development, on a site located in the townland of Kilternan Domain, to the immediate east of the Suttonfield residential development, to the rear (north-west) of a property known as Kerimaki (Eircode: D18 EC96), to the rear of the neighbouring property known as Ferndale (Eircode: D18 VA09), and to the south of Wayside Cottages, Kilternan, Co. Dublin. The proposed development consists of the construction of a three-storey building of 14 no. duplex units, comprised 7 no. two-bedroom apartments at ground floor and 7 no. two-storey three-bedroom duplex units overhead and all associated site development works, new entrance gate into Kerimaki, open spaces, including hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, car parking, bin & bicycle storage, public lighting etc., on a site area of c.0.4Ha. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be via the adjoining, permitted Suttonfield development (Ref.
