Description

1) Erect necessary scaffolding 2) Remove ridge tiles, clean and store for reuse. 3) Remove slates and dispose of. 4) Supply and fit “Solitex” reinforced wind tight breathable membrane and 50x25mm treated battens. 5) Supply and fit "Cupa” 600x300 Spanish natural slate 6) Remove lead soakers and replace using code 4lb lead. 7) All joints to coping stones to be raked out and filled with a high performing mastic. 8) Ridge tiles to be re-fitted using mortar, cement mix.
