Description

• Restore and repair of the three original first floor six-over-six pane sliding sash windows to the front of the house, Install draughtproofing seals and new sash chords, replace all rotted sections of timber, install reversible secondary glazing and redecorate. • Remove two late twentieth-century two-over-two ground floor sash windows and replace with six-over-six pane slim-lite glazed timber sash windows to match the original windows to the top floor of the house. • Repair and redecorate the hall-door replacing rotten sections at bottom of door and doorframe. • Remove late twentieth-century door to left of fapade and insert granite cill to match the existing cills. build up below cill and finish in render to match the existing. • Replace the PVC gutters with cast-iron or cast aluminium gutters.
