Description

Internal works to an existing school to remodel a ground floor classroom/kitchenette into a Special Education Needs Classroom and accesible w/c. The works will require the removal of existing floor and ceiling finishes and associated lighting and electrical items and kitchen fittings, removal of existing door to kitchenette and library. Classroom area to include provision of new full height partition wall to form a quiet space within the room and new low level and infill partitions. New wall, floor and ceiling finishes and furniture. New accesible w/c with enw door to exisiting structural opening, new wall floor and ceiling finishes. Electrical and mechanical services will be surface mounted and connected to existing systems. New Connection to external drainage.
