Description

Due to the current layout and difference in level between the public footpath and the finished ground floor level of the house, accessing the property via a mobility scooter is not possible. Our proposal to include for a shelter in the front garden is informed by the requirement for security while not in use and to maintain a clear route in and out of the home via the front entrance at all times should emergency access be required.
