Description

(i) demolition of non-original side extensions (cumulative 110sq.m) and removal of existing stairwell at ground and first floor levels; (ii) extension of an existing wall section at basement floor level and minor internal reconfiguration of the existing structure from basement to second floor level comprising provision of partition walls; (iii) provision of extension to the existing structure at basement, ground and first floor level (cumulative 786sq.m increase) with works to include for the provision of north-east facing terraces, at ground and first floor levels, a garden room at ground floor level and 5 no. rooflights; (iv) provision of new stairwell and lift features to serve the extended section of the dwelling from basement to first floor level; and, (v) all ancillary works, inclusive of SuDS drainage, tree removal and landscaping, necessary to facilitate the proposed development. The extension will increase the number of bedrooms from 3 no. to 5 no. with an additional guest/nanny suite also provided at basement floor level.
