Description

The propsed works consist of a bin and bike storage unit to the front of an existing house. The unit will be constructed out of timber and painted with a metal roof. The bin section will have 3x hinged lids that will allow access to the wheelie bin along with doors at the front to allow bin removal and replacement. The bike section will have doors at the front along with a storage area above that will provide space for cycling accessories such as helmets, etc. The structure will not be fixed in place and will rest on top of the existing cobbleock driveway. The sturcture will sit fully within the bounds of the private property on Number 34 Fleurville.
