Description

Development comprising partial demolitions, alterations, refurbishment and extensions to the existing two storey over basement house. The development provides for demolitions including i) The veranda to the west and south (front and side) (ii) Partial demolition to the first floor to the west and south (front and side) (iii) Alterations and associated demolitions to the existing floor plans and elevations.
