Description

The development consists of: (a.) Demolition and removal of the existing rear and side extensions to the dwelling along with the existing detached Boiler room and the boundary wall associated with the existing storeroom to the side of the dwelling. (h.) External landscaping and siteworks associated with the proposed development.
