Description

The alterations include a revised Site boundary comprising of a site area of 680sqm allotted to house type 14B with associated wayleave. Alterations to layout of house type 14B with the following modifications. Ground floor plan reconfigured to accommodate 4 bedrooms and living room & Bathroom to the west revised kitchen/dining to the east and associated fenestration. With new Gable end roof over. comprising of overall gross internal floor area of 165.4sq.m. Including all associated elevational changes, and associated site works.
