Description

Retention Permission is sought to retain the partially completed 9m2 of additional single storey extension built in 2016 that was added to the previously existing 18.4m2 extension to the rear of the house. This newer extension was added to the existing extension instead of the construction of a proposed new 44m2 extension to replace the old extension as had been granted permission in 2012 Ref D12B/0215. Permission is also sought to complete the works to the 27.4m2 of combined old and new extensions and make good to the existing return of the house, including the completion of all associated site works.
